Claim Preparation and Management
The best appeal is one you can avoid by never having your claim denied in the first place. If you are planning to submit a claim to your insurance company for the first time, we can help you get everything in order to best present your case with a Pre-Claim Consultation.
Once you are on claim, companies often require ongoing proof that you should remain on claim. Whenever you need to send in these supplemental materials, we can help with a Disability Claim Review Consultation.
How It Works
Contact us as soon as you know you have a claim or claim update coming. We’ll need a copy of your disability policy plus your recent medical records. If you have a copy of the forms you need to fill out for your claim, send those, too. We’ll review everything and let you know how best to present your claim to the insurance company. We’ll discuss how to communicate with your doctors to be sure you have the tests and treatment that insurance companies commonly expect to see for conditions like yours. When you are ready to submit your forms, we’ll help you polish a final draft that fully explains your claim and is consistent with what your doctors have written in your medical records.
