I highly recommend Insurance Appeal Consultants. I reached out later in my appeal process than I wish I had, so there was only a limited amount of time available to review my claim before a decision was issued. Even with those time constraints, Jenny took the time to carefully review my information, answer my questions, and explain the appeal process in a way that was both professional and easy to understand. Although my appeal was ultimately denied, I do not believe that outcome reflects the quality of the assistance I received. Jenny's guidance helped me better understand my claim, identify important issues, and advocate for myself throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me navigate an incredibly stressful situation. If you are considering working with Insurance Appeal Consultants, my advice would be to contact them as early in the appeal process as possible so you can take full advantage of their expertise. Toni Collins29 January 2026After trying to win an STD claim that was denied twice by my employer's disability provider, I was at the end of my rope. I tried searching Google for attorneys who work with clients that need assistance with their STD (short term disability) claim. Most lawyers and companies want to take on cases that involve long term disability or workman's comp claims. It's been said that winning an STD claim can be hard and not always cost effective for an attorney to take on. After connecting with a local law firm who shared that while they themselves couldn't represent me, they wanted to know if I would be interested in speaking with someone from Insurance Appeal Consultants. From the moment I was in contact with Jenny, she made me feel at ease. She took the time to really understand my situation, even calling me while she was out of the office on sick leave to clarify information that she was sharing with her colleague Ellen so that they could help provide me with the best possible solution. Although their services are not free, the cost is quite reasonable for what you are receiving. They are very honest about what they can and can't do and I felt comfortable with the guidance I received from them. Although I did not end up hiring Insurance Appeal Consultants to help me navigate through my 3rd appeal, the information that they did give to me for free, allowed me to win the appeal on my 3rd submission, praise God! Kaitlyn Tracy8 December 2025I highly recommend them if you are looking for appeal consultants but do not necessarily need a lawyer. I got denied short-term disability and did not even know where to start on the appeal process. It was causing me a lot of stress on top of dealing with the new medical condition that caused me to need to start short-term disability. We unfortunately did not win the appeal, but it was not Jenny and Ellen's fault for that. We all thought we had a strong case for me to win. Even though we lost, they are still trying to help me out with finding out the next steps we could take in this issue. Overall, they made the process a lot easier to understand and handle, and fixed anything that needed to be fixed, as well as getting everything put together for me to just be able to submit the appeal. It took a lot of stress off my back. So if you are in search of someone to help you with your case, I definitely believe you should look to Ellen and Jenny; they really want you to win your appeal. I found out I won my appeal for the rest of my short term disability and then the long term disability was approved! They really know what they are doing. Even after months reading my own file, speaking with my case manager, and working with my providers, it has often felt like I'm losing a game I don't even know the rules of. Ellen provided clear guidance, with insights about the process I would have never known on my own.
